Our purpose

Usbek & Rica is the company that explores the future.

Our approach to what’s going to happen tomorrow is positive and enthusiastic. We see the evolution of our society not as an overwhelming economic crisis but rather as a shift of paradigms, value chains and attitudes that will redefine the way we will live and think about our environment. If we are excited about the future that is taking shape, we are also aware of the difficulties our times are facing.

With this 2015 MegaTrends report, our goal is to provide organizations with the keys to understanding and embracing this future more intelligently. In addition to our magazine that addresses a large target audience of individuals, we wish to give our clients and partners a shorter-term perspective that is more easily actionable on a daily basis.

Looking ahead to 2015 and beyond, we outline the major themes and trends set to impact the globalconsumer market, in order to help big corporations and start-ups alike identify marketing and business opportunities. The information provided here remains transparent, and in line with our editorial tone.

Our team

Our Insights & Trends department has been created in 2014, and is run by Roxane Baché, a Trends expert who has a 4-year international experience. The team is composed of professionals who are all curious, passionate about the future, and are eager to connect with the world of tomorrow.
